Just came across these lines on GoodReads and thought of sharing with you! Life is all about only one chance - either you are in or you are just out. We really can't do anything? Is it destiny or something else? Is everything pre-planned? What do you think? Do you really belive in all these?

These pictures are from last year's archive. I went to a sea-side vacation with my parents when I was in India. I wore this on the day we visited Mandarmani and Sankarpur. Have you ever been there?

Vegetable Fried Rice

Time for a healthy and delicious Indo-chinese recipe. Here you go!

  Ingredients :

• 3-4 cups of cooked Rice
• Finely chopped vegetables like capsicum, carrot, broccoli, peas, bean sprout 
• Sliced onion 1/3 cup
• 2 pods of garlic
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp green chili sauce
• 2 tsp tomato ketchup
• 2 tsp corn/vegetable/canola oil
• salt to taste

 Recipe :

• Heat the oil in a wok and add garlic & onion
• Now, add chopped vegetables and stir fry for few mins in a high to medium flame

• Pour sauces (tomato, soy and green chili) into it and cook for few more mins. 
• Keep in mind that vegetables should be crunchy and not mushy

• Add rice into it and stir very well
• Sprinkle salt if necessary ( soy sauce also has salt)

• Cover for 2/3 mins for some extra flavors
• Now, throw bean sprouts on it 

• Serve hot with your favorite indo-chinese gravy (like chili fish and garlic chicken is my favorite)
