We can't control our age!So,if we don't keep worrying about ageing, it will stop bothering us (really! huh ). Use those anti-wrinkles cream and anti ageing creams by all means, but don't become a worrier because of it. Use your mind to win over the process of ageing. Don't mind the natural changes happening in the mind. Let them not matter so much. If you do that, you will be able to manage the signs of ageing better.
